Fund-raising
Machaon’s team has over 15 years of experience in fundraising, i.e. identifying suitable donors and preparing successful applications for projects aimed at biodiversity conservation, preservation of cultural heritage and addressing climate change. We have raised about 3 million Euros for 15 successfully accomplished projects (for reference see the section Projects). We are particularly successful with the grants from the EU funding mechanisms (EuropeAid, Creative Europe). Alongside our own projects, we offer help to various organizations, in particular protected areas, other NGOs and local authorities, and assist them in fundraising for joint or specific new projects.
